Below are the different shifts worked across the group:-

Days             Monday to Thursday 7.45am till 5pm and Friday 7.45am till 1.00pm – 39 Hour Week

Double Days  Monday to Friday rotating 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm – 37.5 Hour Week

Nights           Monday to Friday 10.00pm till 6.00am – 37.5 Hour Week

Days             Monday to Thursday 6am till 6pm – 46 Hour Week

Nights           Monday to Thursday 6pm till 6am – 46 Hour Week

Weekends     Friday to Sunday 6am till 6pm – 34.5 Hour Week

Weekends     Friday to Sunday 6pm till 6am – 34.5 Hour Week

PPAP Engineer

The role of a PPAP Engineer is to manage and implement PPAP across the business. You will be responsible for project managing all PPAP elements with various departments in line with our customer specific requirements, supporting the implementation of a robust and repeatable process, and ensuring that the correct control measures are in place to mitigate and manage any process risks, internally, and throughout our Supply Chain. You are responsible for the generation and approval of all internal PPAP documents, approving Supplier PPAPs, and obtaining final approval from our customer in line with the project plan. You will be heavily involved in APQP to support Right First Time, On Time, and to the right Quality our customers expect. You will provide final process and product validation and approval to confirm we are ready for Product Launch to drive sustainability in all products we introduce or change. You will provide project support to the Project engineers to ensure projects stay on track and delivery the expected outcomes

IT Assistant

A support assistant is responsible for maintaining the company's IT network, servers, hardware, software and peripherals. To be a contact for internal users when they experience technical issues, production problems and for general hardware and software enquiries. To assist with investigating and diagnosing network and software problems, collecting IT usage stats, and carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT hardware & software solutions.

Manage all aspects of the shift through collaborative working with key stakeholders for delivering, and where possible, exceeding, the key performance indicators within the operation. Strive to continually improve using Lean tools to reduce costs, improve production and quality. Act independently at the organisational level.  Outcomes reviewed by organisational head.  Decisions and results have an impact on the function and their success.

Robotics & Automation Engineer

This applies specifically to the application of Robotics & Automation to new and existing processes within the company. Responsible for leading project-based activities, including new product. Manage KPIs and ensure preventative actions are taken to maximise success.
