We offer an aluminium anodising service of the highest standard, surpassing any generic specification, providing an end product for lightweight bonded aluminium solutions where bond durability and corrosion resistance are equally critical parameters.

Why Anodise?

The automotive industry has drastically changed over the past decade and the focus has been to lightweight chassis components especially in electric vehicle manufacture, increasing range, improving fuel economy, reducing emissions and extending the life and recyclability of the vehicle.  Aluminium anodising has played a significant part as extruded aluminium profiles, pressings and castings are bonded together to produce safety critically car components with a much more superior bond strength than its former welded steel predecessor.   

Our Type II sulphuric acid aluminium anodising treatment creates a coating of aluminium oxide that provides a corrosion and abrasion-resistant product giving high performance and longevity.

Each aspect of the process is controlled by our data management system, enabling full product traceability from receipt through to shipping. By making the most of recent technological advancements we can offer our customers the best in precision, quality and value to suit different vehicle demands.
