BCW Celebrate Long Service Awards

On the 18th of January BCW Manufacturing Group proudly awarded eight employees with Long Service Awards for ten years of service.

Presentations took place across different divisions within the group due to Covid restrictions. Alun Phennah, BCW Engineering MD and Gordon Cassie, HR Director, said a few words and expressed their thanks. Surrounded by their colleagues, it was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate their achievement. Each team member has had a unique journey at BCW, with different career paths selected. A common denominator they all shared - their loyalty, hard work and dedication to the company.

BCW were extremely proud of the team and thanked them with a certificate and token voucher for a shop of their choice.

Gordon Cassie, HR Director, said, “What better way to start the year than celebrating our people. The team’s commitment to their role at BCW is appreciated and hopefully, there will be many more long service awards to celebrate in future years to come. The commitment demonstrated by those who have supported this business can be difficult to quantify. Our aim is that this goes some way to demonstrating our appreciation for their dedication.
