BCW Engineering Ltd appoint new Head of Operations and Production Manager

BCW Engineering Ltd as part of BCW Manufacturing Group are pleased to announce the appointment of two new members of the operations team.  Andy Berry and Mick Honeyman joined the team on 1^st of September 2020. 

Andy Berry is joining as Head of Operations - BCW Engineering, reporting to Brent Collins, Managing Director.  His role is to ensure the effective management and leadership of all Operations for BCW Engineering.  He will be supported in this role by Ian Bryson, Operations Director.  

Mick Honeyman is joining as Production Manager for units 2 & 3B BCW Engineering, reporting to Andy Berry.  His role is to ensure the effective management and leadership of production in these units.

Andy and Mick are both experienced managers with a wealth of experience gained in precision manufacturing, predominantly from the aerospace and defence sectors and have worked together previously, sharing many values that align with our own in BCW.

Mick has over the past 40 years gained a wealth of Operational experience within the Aerospace manufacturing industry (Man management, CNC milling, Inspection techniques & high-complexity sub-assemblies). This was gained in both an OEM (Rolls-Royce) & 1st tier supplier (Senior Aerospace Weston).

Andy is a highly motivated and professional individual with a desire to progress professionally within Manufacturing Operations. Over the past 24 years he has gained a wealth of Operational experience within the Aerospace manufacturing industry (CNC milling, turning, & high-level sub-assemblies) in a 1st tier supplier (Senior Aerospace Weston).

They will both play an integral role on our route to excellence.
