Latest update 10.7.20

All of us at BCW Manufacturing Group recognise the impact COVID19 has had on the health and well-being of our employees, their families, our colleagues and friends and we wish anyone affected all the best in their recovery.

We are thankful for the support from the Local Council, Central Government, Antony Higginbotham MP, industry bodies, the East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce and Lancashire Enterprise Partnership for their guidance and advice. Our Directors have been instrumental in constantly reviewing the local ‘R-Rate’ and setting up a COVID19 task force, which implemented their strategies to keep our employees safe.

Globally, we have seen many of our customers and supply chain having to make significant business decisions, and there are more challenging times on the horizon for all of us. Our main focus is keeping our employees, their families and our community safe, keeping our teams informed as we gradually bring employees back from furlough. The decisions that we have taken will provide a sustainable future for the group and we will continue to assess and react to health and economic factors.
We are extremely proud of our teams who continue to deliver outstanding service and assist in supporting us all through these uncertain times. Take care and stay safe, we are in this together.

Managing Director
