BCW Engineering Celebrates the Promotion of Harry Ingle to Leadership Team

BCW are thrilled to announce the promotion of Harry Ingle to the BCW Engineering Leadership Team (ELT). Harry's journey with us began in August 2022, and since then, he has exhibited outstanding leadership and dedication in managing a variety of projects, both internally and for our valued customers.

Since joining the team, Harry has overseen numerous significant projects, including the successful execution of the first Lotus Extrusion package, managing internal machine relocations, and facilitating New Product Introductions for esteemed clients like Aston Martin and JLR. His contributions have been instrumental in driving engineering excellence and innovation across our organization.

Harry's professional journey in engineering and manufacturing started at the young age of 16, and he has since accumulated a wealth of experience and expertise. From completing a comprehensive apprenticeship to attaining a Foundation Degree in Business & Management from UCLAN, Harry's commitment to continuous learning and development is truly commendable.

With over a decade of experience spanning various sectors, including engineering, manufacturing, sales, and project management, Harry brings a diverse skill set and a fresh perspective to our leadership team. We are confident that his passion for manufacturing and his unwavering dedication to excellence will greatly benefit BCW Engineering as we continue to grow and evolve.

Outside of work, Harry enjoys hobbies such as football, music, and outdoor activities, reflecting his well-rounded personality and zest for life. He is also a proud family man, recently welcoming his son, Walter, into the world with his wife, Hannah.
